Parameters

camera
The open camera handle created by either SIDXSettingsOpenCamera or SIDXCameraOpen or SIDXDialogCameraSelector or SIDXSettingsRestoreCamera.
binning_x
The binning factor for the frame in the x direction.
binning_y
The binning factor for the frame in the y direction.
available
A variable to receive the availability status on the binning setting. If the value is true or non zero, the binning setting is valid. Otherwise not.

The return value is non-zero if the function failed, zero if it succeeded.
